- Each of our products are specially made to order, so unfortunately, we are unable to offer cash refunds. However, we stand behind all of our products and would be happy to offer you a store credit towards your next purchase. All returned merchandise MUST be unused/ unworn/ unwashed and in the same condition that it was received.
- Our return policy is valid for fourteen (14) days. Returned items must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days from the time of purchase within its original packaging including receipt / proof of purchase. Unfortunately, items that do not meet these criteria are non-returnable and will be denied. We recommend using registered mail with tracking, as we cannot be held liable for any lost items in transit.
- Once your return is received and inspected, an email will be sent for notification of the status of your return.
- Buyers will be responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive your return, a gift card code will be issued via email along with instructions. This code may be used towards the purchase of any available items.
NOTE: Shipping fees are not included in the gift card amount
Several types of goods are exempt from returns. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary in nature, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Exchanges are not available for online purchases. If a different size or color is desired, simply return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order for the item(s) you’d like.
FINAL SALE ITEMS:
- Products marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
- All sale items are final sale.
- Returned product(s) must be in new condition, unworn, and with original packaging to qualify for store credit.
- I.AM.LUV, LLC is not responsible for destination country tax and/or duty charge if incurred. Buyer will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country, prior to ordering. I.AM.LUV by V will NOT be responsible for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances.
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift code will be emailed to you.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a store credit to the gift giver.
- Buyer is responsible for all associated shipping costs for returned merchandise. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Depending on where you reside, the time it may take for your product to reach you, may vary.
- If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee merchandise in transit.
