SHIPPING POLICY:
Each Product is Custom "Made to Order".
The current processing time is five (5) to ten (10) Business Days (excluding holidays and weekends), excluding face masks which require approximately five (5) additional days to process.
Estimated Shipping Times (in addition to processing times):
- Domestic: 3-8 business days
- Canada: 4-14 business days
- International: 7-21 business days
These are shipping estimates, and cannot be guaranteed. Shipping delays may result from increase in volume, bad weather conditions, and situations beyond our control (such as natural disasters).
RETURN POLICY:
- Our return policy is valid for fourteen (14) days.
- Returned items must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days from the time of purchase within its original packaging including receipt / proof of purchase to receive a store credit.
- All returned merchandise MUST be UNUSED / UNWORN / UNWASHED and in the same condition that it was received.
- Customers are responsible for ALL shipping costs.
