• Shipping Rates & Delivery Time: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Standard shipping usually takes 5-7 business days within the U.S. and 10-15 business days for international orders.

• Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to follow your package’s journey.

• Lost or Delayed Packages: We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to carrier issues. However, if your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’ve got you covered.

• Return Window: You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange.

• Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Sale items are final and non-refundable.

• Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, contact our customer support team at support@iamluvbyv.com. We’ll guide you through the process and provide a prepaid return label (domestic orders only).

• Refunds: Once we receive your return, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Exchanges: If you need a different size or color, we’ll gladly exchange your item, subject to availability. Please note that exchanges may take up to 10 business days to process.
